This option is designed for couples that have done much of the planning on their
own, but require a little more help.

detailed planning meetings (up to 2 hours each)

Discussion of complete design, décor, seating, floor plan
♦ Creation
of timeline for ceremony and reception
♦
Vendor recommendations (up to 3 service)
♦ Venue
walk through, meeting with caterer and site event manager
♦
Collection of vendor
and wedding party information
to make introduction
calls; confirm details and directions
♦ RSVP
Management
♦
Rehearsal coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)
♦ Collection
of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on the wedding day (candles,
guest book, favors, programs)
♦ Up to
10 hours of ”Day of” coverage, management and coordination
♦
Two Wedding Assistants
♦
Management of final payments to vendors
♦ Use of
the wedding day emergency kit
Additional
consultations or services can be added at our
hourly rate.
To
reserve services for any wedding packages a non-refundable deposit of one
half of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
