This option is designed for couples that have
done ALL of the planning on their own and their venue requires an outside
professional wedding coordinator or they just want friends and family to
enjoy their special day. This is a savings of $150.00.
♦ A detailed
planning meeting (2 hour maximum) to discuss design,
décor,
seating, floor plans, etc.
♦ Creation of
timeline for ceremony and reception, if applicable
♦ Venue walk
through, meeting with caterer and site manager
♦ Rehearsal
coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)
♦ Collection
of items to be set up on the wedding day (candles,
guest book, favors, programs),
if applicable
♦ Up to
6 hours of ”Day of” coverage, management and coordination
♦ Management
of final payments to vendors
♦ Wedding Day
Assistant
♦ Use of the
wedding day emergency kit
Additional
consultations or services can be added at our
hourly rate of $75.00 an hour.
Additional Wedding Day
Assistants will be provided at $25.00 an hour (4-hour minimum) for Bridal
Parties exceeding eight members and/or guests counts exceeding one
hundred.
To
reserve services for any wedding packages a non-refundable deposit of one
half of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
