This package is designed for couples who have an idea of what they want, but
need assistance with the planning, the process and the execution.

Up to four in-person consultations (up to 2 hours each)
♦ Unlimited consultations
via phone and/or email
♦ Unlimited vendor referrals
♦ Accompaniment to
three vendor appointments (up to 2 hours each)
♦ Assistance with budget planning
♦ Assistance with event design and décor
♦ Assistance with event invitation and stationery
♦ RSVP Management
♦ Assistance with arranging site appointments/tours
♦ Review and negotiate vendor contracts
♦ Accompaniment to tasting appointments and assistance with menu
selection
♦ Creation of floor plans, wedding calendar, itinerary, checklist
and “day of” timeline
♦ Vendor confirmations and directions
♦ Rehearsal coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)
♦ Collection
of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on the wedding day (candles,
guest book, favors, programs)
♦ Up to 12 hours of “Day of” coverage, management and
coordination
♦ Snacks and/or light meal for the wedding party
♦ Two wedding day assistant
♦ Management of final payments to vendors
♦ Use of the wedding day emergency kit
To
reserve services for any wedding packages a non-refundable deposit of one
half of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
