"Day of" Coordination

This option is designed for couples that have done ALL of the planning on their
own,
but realize the importance of relaxing and enjoying their special day.

detailed planning meetings (up to 2 hours each)
♦ Discussion
of complete design, décor, seating, floor plan
♦ Creation of
timeline for ceremony and reception
♦ Venue walk
through, meeting with caterer and site manager
♦
Collection of vendor
and wedding party information for introduction
calls; confirm details and directions
♦ Rehearsal
coordination and instruction (2 hour maximum)
♦ Collection
of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on the wedding day (candles,
guest book, favors, programs)
♦ Up to 8
hours of ”Day of” coverage, management and coordination
♦ Secure
wedding gifts
♦ Management
of final payments to vendors
♦ Up to two
Wedding Assistants
♦ Use of the
wedding day emergency kit
Additional
consultations or services can be added at any of our packages at our
hourly rate.
To
reserve services for any wedding packages a non-refundable deposit of one
half of the total fee is required upon contract signing.
